Where we ship
We ship inside the United States only (contiguous states, plus AK/HI when the carrier accepts the parcel). We do not ship to PO boxes for bulky outerwear when the carrier requires a street address, and we do not export. If a checkout address is outside the U.S., we cancel and refund.
Rates (same numbers as checkout)
- Standard U.S. shipping: $6.99 per order, shown at checkout.
- Free standard shipping: merchandise subtotal $59 or more before tax. This is the same threshold on the homepage, FAQ, and WooCommerce free-shipping method.
How apparel is packed
men’s shirts and knits, pants and shorts, jackets and outerwear, blazers and suit pieces typically ships in a poly mailer or small carton. Jackets and pants may fold; we do not press garments before dispatch. A tracking number is emailed when the carrier scans the parcel.
Timing
Most orders process in 1–2 business days after payment (up to 3 in peak weeks). After handoff, carriers usually deliver in 3–7 business days in the contiguous U.S. Weather delays on wet-week outerwear routes are outside our control; email [email protected] with the tracking number if a scan stalls more than 3 business days.
Damage in transit
