What to include
For fit help, send the product name (for example a waterproof jacket on this site), your usual size in men’s chest, waist, and inseam, and whether you prefer a closer or easier fit. We can point you to a similar silhouette in stock. We cannot promise a perfect fit from email alone.
For orders, include the order number. Do not ship a return until we send an RMA — see the Return & Refund Policy.
